Support
A real person, on the other end.
Horizon is small on purpose. Every message you send goes to the same handful of people who build the app — no ticket queues, no first-line scripts, no chatbot.
What to include
A one-line summary of what happened, roughly when, and — if it's a bug — what you expected instead. Screenshots help, but they aren't required.
What we won't ask for
Passwords, full account numbers, or a screen share into your accounts. Support doesn't need any of that to help.
If Horizon is down
The app runs locally on your device, so most 'outages' are actually a stale browser tab. Try a hard refresh first. If the whole site is unreachable, wait a few minutes and try again — then let us know.
Security or privacy concerns
Flag them in Talk to us with the word 'security' anywhere in your message. We route those to the top of the inbox and reply as quickly as we can.
The honest bits
What "beta support" actually means.
One business day is our aim, not a contract. Weekends and the odd holiday can stretch that to two. If something you report is urgent — a broken forecast, a data-loss scare — say so, and we'll prioritize accordingly. When paid plans launch, response times become an explicit commitment; see the refund policy for the trial and cancellation details.
