Horizon Runway LLC provides Horizon Runway, a personal-finance forecasting tool. These terms form the agreement between you and Horizon Runway LLC. We've kept them short and readable on purpose — and the promises we make are the ones we can actually keep today.
What Horizon Runway is
Horizon Runway helps you see the money you have coming in and going out. Forecasts are estimates based on what you enter — not guarantees, and not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Horizon Runway is not a bank, broker, or financial advisor. We don't hold or move money, and we don't guarantee future balances.
Horizon Runway does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR audit status. If you need audited software for your situation, Horizon Runway isn't the right fit yet.
Horizon Runway is in beta. Features are still changing, and the service is provided as is.
Math, not AI
Horizon Runway's forecast engine is deterministic math, not AI. The same amounts, dates, and rules always produce the same result.
AI-assisted tools may help our team write and edit. They do not receive your financial inputs and do not change any forecast.
How you use it
- Use Horizon Runway for your own household's planning.
- Do not break, overload, scrape, or probe the service, or access anyone else's data.
- Do not resell it or present its forecasts as professional financial advice.
Your data
Your forecast lives in your browser on this device by default. If you sign in and turn on cloud backup, a copy is stored for sync and recovery (see Data & Security). You can export or wipe it from Settings at any time.
Billing
The beta is free. Horizon Runway Plus renews until you cancel, and any charge can be refunded in full within 30 days. Full details live on the Billing & refunds page and form part of these terms.
The part that limits what we owe you
A forecast is a projection, not a fact. It is built from the amounts and dates you enter, and it is wrong when they are.
Your bank is the only source of truth for your balance. Check there before any decision that could overdraw you — the decision is yours, and Horizon Runway does not advise on it.
Horizon Runway is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of forecasts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for overdrafts, fees, missed payments, lost savings, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product or an inaccurate forecast.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the prior twelve months or fifty US dollars. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.
Stopping
You can stop at any time: export your data, wipe it from Settings, and close the tab.
We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. If we ever shut Horizon Runway down, we will give notice with time to export and refund unused paid time.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Email us first — most things are solvable that way. If not, disputes belong to the courts of that state: we do not force arbitration, and we never take away your right to bring a claim in small-claims court.
If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK, none of this removes the consumer protections your local law guarantees you.
Changes
These terms are version 2026-08-06. Material changes will be presented for acceptance in the app. Questions? Reach out from the support options in Settings.
