Horizon Runway LLC provides Horizon Runway, a personal finance forecasting tool. These Terms form the agreement between you and Horizon Runway LLC. By checking the box presented with these Terms and selecting the corresponding Continue, Create account, or subscription button, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices, and if you purchase Horizon Runway Plus, the Billing & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. We’ve kept them short and readable on purpose, and the promises we make are the ones we can actually keep today.
What Horizon Runway is
Horizon Runway helps you see the money you have coming in and going out and how a scenario you enter could affect future balances. Forecasts are dated projections based on what you enter and Horizon Runway’s deterministic rules. They are not guarantees, bank balances, or financial, tax, legal, investment, credit, or accounting advice.
Horizon Runway is not a bank, broker, lender, money transmitter, or financial advisor. We don’t hold, move, manage, or transfer money, connect to bank accounts, or make transactions for you, and we don’t guarantee future balances. Features that show whether a modeled scenario stays above a balance you choose do not decide whether you can afford something or recommend what you should do.
Horizon Runway does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR audit status. If you need audited software for your situation, Horizon Runway isn’t the right fit yet.

Math, not AI
Horizon Runway’s forecast engine is deterministic math, not AI. The same inputs and rules produce the same result.
AI assisted tools may help our team develop, write, and edit. They do not generate your forecast, and under the current product design your financial inputs are not sent to an AI model.
How you use it
Use Horizon Runway for your own personal or household planning. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase Horizon Runway Plus. Horizon Runway LLC and its licensors own the service and its software, design, content, and branding. These Terms give you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Do not break, overload, scrape, probe, interfere with, or attempt to bypass the security of the service, or access anyone else’s data.
Do not resell or sublicense the service, reverse engineer it except to the extent applicable law permits, or present its forecasts as professional financial advice.
Your data
Your forecast lives in your browser on this device by default. When you sign in to a Horizon Runway Plus account, cloud backup starts automatically, and a copy is stored for sync and recovery as described in the Privacy Policy and Data & Security page. You can export your data or delete the cloud copy from Settings at any time. You keep ownership of the information you enter, and you allow Horizon Runway LLC to process it only as reasonably needed to provide and secure the features you use and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Billing
Horizon Runway Plus is an optional paid subscription offered to U.S. customers. At launch, Plus costs $5 a month or $48 a year, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Before you subscribe, we show the price and billing frequency and ask you to affirmatively agree to the recurring charge. Plus renews automatically on the disclosed monthly or annual schedule until you cancel. You can cancel through Settings or another method described in the Billing & Refunds Policy. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and your paid access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. Any charge can be refunded in full if you request a refund within 30 days. Full cancellation, renewal, refund, failed payment, and price change details are in the Billing & Refunds Policy and form part of these Terms. Deleting your data, signing out, or closing the app does not by itself cancel a Plus subscription.
The part that limits what we owe you
A forecast is a projection, not a fact. It is built from the amounts, dates, and plans you enter together with Horizon Runway’s deterministic rules. It can be wrong or incomplete if your information is wrong, incomplete, or no longer current, or if real events differ from what Horizon Runway can know or model.
Your bank is the only source of truth for your actual balance. Check there before any decision that could overdraw you, cause a missed payment, or otherwise have a material financial consequence. The decision is yours, and Horizon Runway does not advise you on it.
Horizon Runway is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted or error free operation, or accuracy of forecasts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizon Runway LLC and its owners, managers, employees, and agents are not liable for overdrafts, fees, missed payments, lost savings, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or an inaccurate forecast.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Horizon Runway LLC’s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the service in the prior twelve months or fifty US dollars. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.
Stopping
You can stop using the service at any time. If you have Plus, cancel the subscription as described above to stop future renewal charges. You can export or wipe your data from Settings; wiping data does not by itself cancel a paid subscription.
We may suspend or restrict access if you materially break these Terms, use the service unlawfully or fraudulently, create a security risk, or fail to pay after applicable payment retries. If we ever shut Horizon Runway down, we will give reasonable notice, provide time to export where feasible, and refund unused paid time.
Which law applies
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except that this choice does not remove consumer protections that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Email us first. Most things are solvable that way. If not, and unless applicable law gives you a nonwaivable right to proceed elsewhere, disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. We do not force arbitration, and either side may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
Changes
These Terms are version 2026.09.18. Material changes will be presented for acceptance in the app before they apply to your future use. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions? Reach out from the support options in Settings or at hello@horizonrunway.com.
