Billing & refunds

Horizon Runway Plus is optional, and paid subscriptions are offered to U.S. customers only at launch. Nothing on this page applies to you unless you choose Plus yourself.

$5 a month, or $48 a year, in US dollars. Plus purchases use Stripe Managed Payments, provided by Sold through Link, LLC, which acts as merchant of record. Tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, and the total you’ll be charged is shown before you enter a card.

There’s no free trial that automatically turns into a bill. You are charged only after you choose a Plus plan and authorize the purchase.

$5 a month, or $48 a year. When you purchase Plus, you authorize the recurring charge for the plan you select. Your subscription renews automatically at that price and frequency until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime.

A monthly plan renews each month; an annual plan renews each year. Your purchase confirmation shows your renewal details, and Link provides a receipt for every charge. For an annual plan, we send an email reminder 30 to 45 days before renewal, or within any other period required by applicable law.

Cancel anytime through Settings → Plan → Manage Billing, which opens Link’s subscription management experience, or email us at hello@horizonrunway.com and we’ll help you. Your plan remains active through the period you already paid for.

Cancelling your subscription does not itself delete your data. Your forecast stays where it already lives, and you can export everything as plain JSON at any time. Data deletion is handled separately through Settings as described in our Privacy Policy.

If Horizon Runway isn’t right for you, request a refund within 30 days of any charge through Link support or by emailing us at hello@horizonrunway.com, and that charge will be refunded in full. No reason required. Link may also issue refunds under its own policies or where required by law. This voluntary refund policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.

Refunds are processed through Link to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it to your account.

If the price for your plan ever changes, we’ll email you before it takes effect, tell you how to cancel, and obtain any consent required by applicable law before charging the higher price. Early users keep the price they signed up at.

If a payment fails, your plan stays active while payment is retried and we’ll email you. Nothing is deleted because of a failed payment, and Plus access may end after the retries are exhausted.
